Driving aids and speed/power

I know some of the driving aids reduce power a little, my question is which ones? Basically, I want to have all aids off which take away from the best lap times, but if they don't slow the car down I want them on.

TSC effectively limits power to the drive train to slow the wheels and to the appropriate speed to engage optimum traction. It depends on the torque and the level of TSC applied as to how much power is restrained from the drive train.
I can't see any other aides slowing a car down apart from this one.

TCS - Does the accelerator control thus makes your car slower;
ASM - Applies braking to the wheel which has low grip thus making your car slower;
SRF - Artificially adds grip to the wheel which needs grip thus making you faster (it doesn't exist in real life);

I don't use any of them, mainly because they make you slower - and SRF makes the game look arcadey and makes you dependant of it.

Personally, I turn off all the assists that would otherwise never have been in the specific car I am driving. For instance, if I'm driving a pre-'70s production model car, I doubt they'd have had Traction Control or ABS as standard equipment, so I turn those off.

On the other hand, when I started out the game and wanted to gain quick wins, I didn't disable anything that helped me do so. The previous paragraph only applies to my current gaming, not what I did at the start.

It all depends on your specific goal and specific car at the specific time, and each car has the potential to behave extremely different on each different track, making it almost a requirement to check and/or change those settings before each run.
