driving force gt help

hey guys
i just got the driving force gt and i was STOKED
but i have a few questions because i REALLY suck with it
first is turning the wheel as far as it can go the same as putting the ds3 thumbstick as far as it can go? cuz i suck at driftng with my dfgt
and also related to that do the physics change when you go from ds3 to dfgt cuz im spinning out all the time
i think its cuz of the throttle but i could go through corners flatout with a ds3 but when i use my dfgt ill spinout right away :grumpy: :mad: :confused:

Well you really just have to get used to the wheel. It took me a while too.
 
When I first got my DFGT I was terrible. For one it was harder to drive and I couldn't drift to save my life. The reason your probably spinning out is the wheel is much more sensitive than a sick IMO. Also drifting is much more difficult since you must turn in spin all the way to opposite lock and when grip breaks spin it all the way back to straight before your catapulted into the wall. Just keep practicing with it and eventually you will get used to it.

damn.. im gunna have to like legit throw the wheel to get it all the way around :/
serious practice sessions tommorow :D
