I just got one too. I hadnt played GT since GT3 and never used a wheel before. It took a few minutes too realize how much steering I had. Once I got better at using it all, I used it faster, the steering. It wobbles, part of a car thats accelerating, tires spinning, bumps, shifts, its just part of the deal and it does it at very specific times and reasons. I say grip it and rip it. Take control, dont wait for it. Im not sure how else to say it, but as an example, Ive been taken it to a few friends houses to let them experience it for the first time too. All three did the same things wrong. They did not drive the wheel hard enough, they did not "take control" of the vehicle. Its not easy, some things Im having to learn all over again and I dont like that, but the reward, when I drive to my liking, is so far worth it and Im getting better. Its only been 6 hours drive time for me. A good way I found to learn and test how hard you can drive it is by going to the lvl30 challenge for the Redbull X1, select Monza. Those first few turns, when taken correctly will have you crossing your arms back an forth very quickly, and powerfully in order to keep up. Almost any fast, well handling car on Cote d'Azure will also force you into driving it as hard as you should be all the time. Its work.
How many hours do you have with it ?
