I currently have the Driving force, not pro, wheel, and am deciding to update to the pro. I do not use the pedals, as my feet are to large to accuratley control them. So, i use the padals on the wheel to control gas and brake. From what I have seen of the pro wheel, the padals seem to be non-existent for this use, or are very small. Does anyone use these for gas, brake? This is the deciding factor in a purchase. Thanks all!

They are digital, not analog. Also, with 900 degrees of rotation, there will be times when you cannot reach them or remember what is what. If you want to use the padals, stick with the DF.

EDIT: 500th post. woot.

How big could your feet possibly be. I wear a size 15 shoe, in America, and have no problem using them. If its the case that you cant use the pedals you should put away GT4 and go play some basketball cause youve gotta be freakin tall.

yeah, you can use them, but they are fairly small. i switch gears with them, and when i need to downshift and do u-turn, sometimes i get confused. plus, with no analog, it will be even worse than using the ds2.

I have had great success using my big toe on the DFP's accelerator and brake. My right foot (I am right-handed) is paralyzed so I have to use my left. I sit in a recliner with the DFP in my lap (attached to a board), and the petals on the floor in front of me. The petals don't slide forward. If you can borrow a DFP, try using your toe instead of your whole foot.

Just a suggestion...

Pete.

yeah, i wear size 16, and just to uncomfortable to use the pedals, they seem to be too close together for my liking. I may have to gove it another try though.

I am also a size 15 and have no problems with the pedals, I take my shoes off when I use them.

Yeah, if you're wearing shoes take them off. I only have size 11 or 12 feet and it still feels weird with shoes on.
