I received my Gamepod GT2 yesterday, I hope you have yours too now Tuscan, the only gripe i'd make is the seat, it is just too comfortable you wanna there all day. :D

The DFP is great too, Iv finally decided to use manual gears for the first time in my 18 years of gaming. :eek:

Not had a peep from them. Five emails now. I'll give them till Tuesday then I'm contacting the right people. It's ridiculous.

Got my DFP though. I've managed to attach it to a cardboard box that's wide enough to sit on my lap! I've got bruises on my legs from the 'claws' you use to attach it, but I don't care! The DFP is the coolest bit of kit I've ever used. And the game? Man, it's best game I have played. Period. I can't do rallying cos it needs to much input for my legs to take it! It's a shame Gamepod have let me down.

PS Manual is the only way to go with this game. Turn the driving aids off too. Gaming nirvana.
 
I tried to order from GamePod again last week, and Im still waiting for it to be delivered. I sent them an email the day before I ordered it so that I would be sure how long it should take to arrive, and also just to check that there was actually someone still working at the company. Anyway....They said that they were waiting for some parts to come in for the black gamestand I ordered, but they had some blue gamestands in stock, and could deliver within 2-3 days. Well its been over a week now, and still no sign of it.

I've just sent them an email asking about my order, so fingers crosses I'll get a response by tomorrow.

They better now try to rip me off again!! :yuck:

I would have ordered it off Ebay, but they only sell the big seat setups on there, not the simple GT1 stand which I want.

Please keep me up to date on your order 'Tuscan UK', and what stand did you order by they way?

They have been in touch with me too, saying the same thing, the black stand had a bad paint finish from the supplier, so they sent them all back. They said they would send me a blue stand now, and send the black top platform at a later date, but no sign yet. My thin cardboard box is doing the job as it is right now though, except I can't do the rally stages...too much effort for it to handle!

I'll post when I get mine.
