I've done some modifications to my settings mainly to allow for longer drifts and for better linking.

Parts:
Oil Change
Racing Exhaust
Racing Brakes
Brake Balance Controller
Na Tuning Stage 1
Port Polish
Engine Balancing
Sports Chip
Fully Customisable Transmission
Triple Plate Clutch
Racing Flywheel
Customisable LSD
Carbon Driveshaft

Stage 2 Weight reduction

Brakes: 5/9

Suspension:
Spring rate: 10/10.5
Ride Height: 75/75
Damper Compression: 7/8
Damper Rebound: 7/8
Camber: 2.3/1
Toe: 0/0
Stabs: 3/3

Transmission: Tranny trick and set according to course.

LSD: 10/30/16

All aids off of course.

This setup was completely designed for use with a wheel. This setup has made me realise the huge differences between using a DS2 or a wheel. When drifting, especially using this car, i'm constantly adjusting the throttle mainly between half and full throttle. With a DS2 controller you just don't have this, so therefore our settings will be radically different as if you were to use my setup with a controller you are very likely to spin or be unable to sustain a drift.

However please try out the settings, as they allowed me to link drifts around most of Grand Valley and was actually quite fun, although i found it quite difficult to not spin the car on harpin corners. However the V-Tec power ramp up and puny torque really hamper this car from being the ultimate drifters vehicle as if you drop your revs slightly below this point you are almost certain to spin or loose control.
 
Did I say they would work for you? I thought you had a DS2 and therefore these settings wouldn't work in the slightest for you. Using a wheel I find the settings easy enough to use as long as I have good right-foot control. But to each his own.

You don't?... I do...

Utilizing both analog sticks it is quite easy (with a bit of conditioning) to vary the amount of throttle, brakes, or steering... I am almost never at full throttle when I am drifting with the DS2...

You're getting an attitude again for no reason. And you never said you used the wheel...

I'm not in full agreement with this statement, since I use a controller in much the same way most people use a wheel... Therefore, I have never had problems with settings "designed for a wheel"... Yet, I can see how a lot of people would have trouble... However, he did indeed mention using a wheel, and only one post away...

i dont guess you really grasp the concept of Vtec(yes theres no dash in Vtec) but im not going to get into that can of worms.
im going to try out some of these settings when i get some more money. i only have 50K in the game :-( im now a broke drifter. lol.
 
Sorry guys for seeming a little grumpy, i wasn't aiming for that. What I was saying was that generally the DS2's X button has only an 'on'/'off' feel when i'm using it compared to when I use a wheel. This is probably because i very rarely use the controller. I wasn't trying to say that my settings are any good, 'cos this is my first drift setup i've done.

the x button along with all the other buttons on the controller are pressure sensitive. i dont know why everyone thinks the buttons are just on or off. same with the d pad.
 
I know they are pressure sensitive, but with only about 3mm travel there's not going to be much adjustability, and from watching drifting replays with a DS2 generally they are either on or off the throttle.
