standard mountatin time? that is a few hours behind eastern correct? if we have them at that time, i will probably not be able to make it, if its on saturday any time works :P i hope we can work somthing out! cuz the series lookd great

Motortrend. Can u do any time Friday night? Like maybe a later time? Seems like Friday is the best day for everyone. Unless we can all arrange a good time on Saturday's. Maybe in the morning afternoon ish

Taunto, you interested in testing these cars to ensure they are on a level playing field.

I'd suggest testing on GP/F it seems to show a cars ability. Other leagues we set car balance here and it carries over nicely. Certain cars turn better and shine on smaller tighter track. Some open up nicely on Le Sarthe, Daytona Road type tracks.

Let me know.

Ya most deff. Not really free till Wednesday. Tomorrow is gf birthday and Tuesday's I work late at the shop

No prob. Free after 8:30pm EST almost every night.

How much Hp you guys running and downforce settings? I'm running 32 front and 52 rear if I remember right and I'm roughly at 523 hp. M3 also runs at 1120kg compared to the Audi"s that are at 1080.

Check in the Merc and Abt TT here in a few.

In the GT5DTM series i run we use 473BHP and 1120kg and it produces very close racing and a different winner most of the time. The real DTM uses 470BHP so thats why i chose that figure.

Good to see this up and running as we lost a lot of guys from North America after having to switch from Saturday nights to Tuesday night. I'm sure there are a few guys in the DTM group that would be interested in your series.

Feel free to have a look around the group and get ideas from the rules and regs to help grow your series. As always, here to help if you need it.

Good luck,

JT

I was hoping someone had done hours of testing that we could utilize.

See what Taunto thinks and give it a go.

We dont use the AMG Mercedes 190 E2.5 - 16 Evolution II Touring Car '92 or the Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI '93 as we found them a bit slower than the others. They are two of the better looking DTM cars though so would understand someone wanting to use them.
The TT-R won first of our championships and Vaux/Opel the next two series, but i think it was more down to the drivers more than the cars.
