Does anyone happen to know of any full feature dvd menu creation software? I'm talking full customization of what I can do with it. Currently the one I'm stuck with is Video Studio 10 and I wish to have more control over the menus.

If I'm understanding your question, you're dissatisfied with the limitations of Video Studio's capabilities, because it's basically limited to what it automatically picks as scenes from you clips, or it assumes each clip is a menu item. Maybe you can only use its built-in menu themes, which get old after about an hour and a half.

The only authoring software I've used other than the trash that came with my DVD burner is Adobe Encore, which I have access to through part-time work I do for a production company owned by a friend of mine. It's completely flexible as far as playing timelines from a menu, using a clip as a transition between menus, moving video as menu backgrounds, whatever. The only thing I haven't figured out how to do that I thought about trying was random menu themes like the Star Wars DVDs.

It's pricy, though, like 800 bucks, and that's just DVD authoring. Video editing is separate in Premiere Pro, image editing is separate in Photoshop, etc.
