The principle is not the same IMO.
There was a whole thread about this debate. It was a right laugh. The thing is would you really prefer it if there were people who could never sample all the game has to offer because they dont have the time to play through it?

I couldn't care less if people 'cheat' in a game they own so long as they're not using it to beat me in a race or TT. They'll get no sense of achievement, they wont learn the nuances of all the cars they obtain and none of the expensive or hard to come by cars will feel special. But it will NOT AFFECT ME!

Of course the principle is not the same. But the holier-than-thou crowd LOVES to make themselves feel superior by the mere knowledge that they spent hours grinding the same oval race to get a car. And then to claim that said grinding is "playing fair". And then they state (with a straight face) that using an exploit to get a car without grinding for hours is the same as cheating an online race. I'm laughing my arse off here. :lol:

yep but its hard finding a car that gives you enough sell value to make it worthwhile.

highest i have found is the f40 and thats only 135k or something.

need a list or spreadsheet of what cars have the highest resell value.

Doing the indy/corvette most probably pays more than that. Plus you get exp.

How long does it take to login on your alternate account, take backups, start gt5, gift the car, backup, login with different account.... Do that 7 times then login with your main and sell the cars...

Doing the corvette/indy 8 times pays 8*120k=960k and takes about 30 minutes.

i have 10, and its still not worth it mathimatically to do it this way.

do a time v cr calculations and you will see why. i already worked it out for myself.

would need a car that sells for over 200k and closer to 500k to make it worth while time wise.
