On the other hand, I know quite a few cars that run faster with aftermarket rims. One car in the 9s bracket dropped about .012 from just rim switch alone. Never stop tuning. 👍

Rotational mass...

I'm only a 9th grader

So are you saying that smaller wheels will make certain cars faster because the amount of revolutions would be greater in a smaller wheel than it would be in a bigger wheel?

No, the weight of the wheel is what im talking about. IRL you would not want to race your OEM wheels unless your driving a cheap import like a Honda where the steelies are light as hell compared to aftermarket. In my euro world my stocks are 17" and my after markets have always been 19" which are heavier. If you've got the money you can get aftermarket wheels that are alot lighter than OEM.

Also... you mentioned "smaller wheels".... IRL you want to match the same radius as OEM. Do this by getting a larger rim with thinner sidewall.

I think I might have complicated things more than I should have, sorry.:guilty:

Simplified... the heavier wheels take more power to turn. Smaller wheels better 0-60ft. larger wheels better top end.

IRL my rims weigh 150lbs a piece. With tires it gets higher

Wait was that you? wow lol

Yeah it was me L0L and to this day you never gave me advice but that was back then.

Grab the STUNJET SWARATUNE in my garage. Use the basics of that tune into your EK. If you need help with using that SWARATUNE, let me know 👍

Is your the one in the picture if so then does Rm matter or not?

The one in the picture is mine, yes. The Supra is from google though

It does matter if it's RM. But just try to copy the numbers and see. I don't have a premium EK, just the EK RM and the EK '98. So I don't know if that SWARATUNE will work on the premium EK.
