So now it makes sense why they dropped the used game pass

From now on, you will be charged full price to play a used game. Quite an upgrade!

Link please? As far as I'm aware, MS are saying you won't be charged at all, let alone full RRP for the license.

I HATED the concept of the online pass. Glad its gone BUT it looks like it could be good and bad. We are not exactly sure how used games are going to work next gen. Its possible to play used games, but there will be a fee. The fee could be full price. I am sure more of this info will be released at E3.

Looks like Ea are taking the online pass off games already released not just future games.

That's actually great news in many ways.

Dropping the pass for older games is actually something I never expected them to do.
