Earning super rare cars

Hello all!!

I am looking for the various Lancer Evolution rally cars and how to get them. Can they only be won through random tickets? Or do I have to troll the used car lot? (this will help me with finding other cars as well)

Both. Both may work. Also try the Gran Turismo Rally Special Event as it gives you a Rally Car Ticket of different kinds for all 3 difficulties. Here's the thread showing which cars you can get from certain tickets.
 
Cool! This leads to the question though....is there another way to earn rally car tickets now that I've won all of the Rally events and didn't get the rally cars XD. (Looking through the used car dealer sucks. :(
