Editing/converting PDF files freeware software recommendations

I have some PDF files that need to be edited but do not have Adobe Acrobat Professional to do the work.

So I was asking if anyone knows any good freeware software recommendations that you can edit PDF files without losing the layout format or text readability. Or alternatively any freeware software that you can convert PDF files say to a Word document but not lose any layout or text readability issues and then convert it back again to say a PDF file.

Hi, editing PDF is not easy without Acrobat. There are some free PDF to Word Converters out there, you can convert PDF to Word then edit in Word doc.
