Goes to show how much location matters in speed. From 4mbit to 8.5, and if I was doing it off peak, I'd be in the 9s.

Actually, unlike most kids my age, I did learn to type on a typewriter, albeit an electric one: taught myself at the end of 3rd grade, used it to type all of my book reports in 4th grade (lordy, that was a b**ch – went through an entire box of corrective liquid paper), then we finally got our first computer when I was in 5th grade. I think I was most excited about having a real delete key.
