Hope somebody can help me a little but what is the best way to play the Eliminator events?
I never touched them in FH5 so I dont really understand the best thing to do.Everytime there is a car drop i`m always too far away so what I do is just stay out of the way and make sure when the arena shrinks not get caught,Rightly of wrongly thats what I did this time around and completed it,but i`m sure if I knew what to do I could probably enjoy it. 👍

There's not really a "best" way.

Hunting around for car drops is the quickest way to get faster/better cars - look around big buildings, points of interest, and similar. You can't be "too far away" because they're dropped all over the map when the play area finishes one shrinking stage.

Engaging in a head-to-head is only a good idea if you're already running at pace towards the current centre of the zone, and you'll only be able to choose if you want to take your opponent's car (if it's a higher level), level yours up by one (if yours is already a higher level) or keep your car when you win.

Unlike FH5, only two types of tree are indestructible (the devs said one, but there's two; it's very specific and only in one place though) so you can drive through everything but buildings, walls, and rocks if you like - but bear in mind that they slow you down a bit in the process.
