Email Confirmation for 2nd Round Academy

I've been noticing alot of people have been receiving their email comfirmations. As for myself, I've finished 27th in the Northeast and have not receive an email as of yet. There shouldn't be any reason why I'd question being moving on to the 2nd round. I've checked my Spam, along with another email account and still have nothing. I can't read the Gran Turismo rankings off their site. It says enable javascript. My Java is already enable and theres no reason why I can't pull up this site. I've heard from other that this is a problem from their site and hasn't been available to anyone since Round 1 ended. Can anyone see the rankings??? If you can see the rankings can someone tell me if my screen name is on there? I dont even know who to speak with if im not included in Round 2. If there was an error or oversight what do I do? Has anyone else not recieved an email yet and should have??? Please respond ...
 
I just went to take a look and got the same message you did, I then used "Mozilla Firefox" if you don't know it's a different browser some use when having problems with INTERNET EXPLORER. Any way got the same message thru it. So I guess that they might be doing something to the site maybe updates.

You do know that you can check it on your PS3 I just checked and your ranking was 89 overall I could only check my area and overall. Just go to the events they say closed but you if you hit enter you can check rankings. Hope this helps you. You should be able to check your area.

Thanks ... I know my ranking and i've seen it on the PS3. My concern is I didn't get an email and I don't know why they would post a News Article that the top 128 in each region would move up and not be able to see the list ??? Thats not right considering all the work and we are 1 day away from Round 2. And I can't even check to make sure im in it! Everything I have access too states I am but I've received nothing from them indicating I have.
 
The only thing I could think to tell you would be to check spam folder. Which I assume you already did. I know people that never got their registration confirmation but still were able to run the contest.
 
For what it's worth, I haven't received a confirmation, either. I run my own mail server and according to the logs, no message that would seem to come from PD or Sony has even been attempted.
 
did the email include the a code or something for the gt psp game not that i even care for it my son wants it tho..
 
i noticed in my ps acount i oppted to not receive info from sony wonder if that whould override my registration aplication.. just a thought..
 
That may override recieving your email but I would be very suprised if it overrided your registration since you have already been in Round 1. You couldnt even participate in Round 1 if you were not registered. Even if you dont get an email you probably will still be able to participate in Round 2, however I do understand your concern. I would probably be the same way.

Oh I just think it will stop the registration from coming thru your email. As long as your psn is approved, you will still be able to compete thru the seasonal events. In the meantime, I would go ahead and allow the contact from now on.
 
ya i came to the same conclusion and i have changed my settings so we will see.everything should be fine not going to sweat it any longer.wish i took monday off work,but will come home for lunch lay a few laps down and may not feel good around 1pm lol ...i think i am getting sick (cough cough).
 
With a comp of this magnitude there should be an open line of comunication with the governing body like any other type of racing.Who can i contact to adress any issues and will i even get a response.
 
The comunication problem is not only my own. Alot of people have not received confirmation of any sort. This can become a problem as far as recieving prizes and info as the contest progresses. It is an issue that needs to be adressed. People put alot of time an effort into this and deserve an equal amount of feedback from GT Academy. There should be an open line of communication with GT Academy for all drivers competing especially for issues like no email correspondance, no prize winning information to the individual, no access to the ranking list they post and on the registration there was no phone number to be added. So no one can contact you in any other way if they can't get you by email. This is a real problem!!! If anyone does know any way to contact GT Academy or Poliphoni Digital please let me know. I will pass the information to the many others who are experiencing the same problem im having. This uncertainty has consumed my wkend.
