Im ****in hating endurance races right now im so ****in pissed. Yesterday I wsa about to finish and my dumbass friend comes in and quits while I was gone.

Now after doing it all again, once again almost done, it was paused, and as i pressed resume my thumb pushed the analog stick to the right a tiny bit and it hit RESTART! :ouch: :grumpy:

I'm trying not to stop playing GT5 all together but now its getting pretty ****in hard, this is BS. Everytime I try to do it something happens.

Pardon my French.

Yes restart does need a confirm check but you could also pay a bit more attention to what you are doing when you press buttons as well.

RIGHT as I was pressing it my thumb sliiiiipped jeez.

To prevent these they should add a confirmation, would help a lot of people out.

They should take one of the confirmations from the parts shop and put it in here.

This has happened to me to. It is easy to do. A confirmation would be useful. Gosh people do get angry in these forums!!!

Haha this is my one and only rage so far. I was more pissed especially since this basically happened 2 days in a row.

I thought when i joined this forum that there will be mature people but it looks like from the responses from this thread that this is not.

Please grow up people and support the thread starter. As you can see he was doing an endurance race.

If you were working on a project in real life for couple of days/months and you somehow destroy it. How would you feel?

To the thread starter, I am sorry for what has happened and I just hope after a while you will come back to the event.

You learn from mistakes. It happens.

There does need to be a restart confirmation in races. There is a way to avoid this issue though, press either O or Start instead of pressing X.

HeroPride, thank you so much. I was about to not come to GTPlanet after seeing all of the responses.

Finally, someone more mature than these 10 year olds.

And XPower, good idea. Next time (if there is a next time :( ) Ill make sure to do that.

The least mature post in the whole topic was the original one followed closely by the third.

Calm down, I was really pissed in the heat of the moment.

I bet you feel amazing that you said that now, and you feel like you owned me or something. Bravo.

 This is too entertaining. Now you only need to call people "Kid" and "Son" and it will be the thread of the year. How you can call anyone immature is beyond me.

This happened to me in GT3 on an endurance race around Apricot Hill. I was so pissed and shocked that I just sat there and did the whole thing again straight away.

WOW YOU'RE A ****IN GENIUS!

Because I totally did it on purpose right? ****in asshole.

*Waits for infraction

+1

There should be a no holds barred sub forum where we get to vent a little.
