those give you about half of the xp needed to get next level after 25, no need of grinding at indy (though admittedly for a bit longer)

but boy are they dull... I fell asleep during the 4hrs of tsukuba and next thing I knew they were 18 laps ahead lol; good thing my roadster was pumped up on a healthy steroid diet so I was able to catch up

anyone else doing those instead of grinding?

That's actually a really good way of making enduros exciting, penalize yourself some laps and then go at it.

I just unlocked the Indy Enduro and with my Formula GT on Racing Softs and maxed for full speed (takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete), I was able to finish the race 23 laps ahead with 5 pit stops (every 35 laps). You don't earn as much cash as the American Car Race, but you do get some 268,000 XP points (granted the next level is 500,000 XP points ) So I'll be running this enduro as often as I can and hopefully when I get the X1 Prototype it will be faster to complete too. Good luck!

Hybrid way: Go in a car that's comparable with the competition, and then penalize yourself some laps.

I got too cocky once, so I don't do that anymore

Im 220,000 points from lvl 30. Ill have to run this for the 5th time for the X1 challenge.

Its the puny credits, only 225,000 that annoys me. If I were getting 1,000,000+ credits for winning it wouldnt be so bad. American Champ has a 5 lap race at Indy for 98,000 credits? But only 220,000 credits for 200 laps here vs faster cars?

Still the fastest A-Spec points though

In GT4, doing the 24 hours of Nurburgring, I once got about a one hour lead on the field, proceeded to park my car on the side of the road (at Einfahrt-Breidscheid) for about two hours, and then recaptured the lead from about 8 laps down...

Obviously, I didn't use "a car that's comparable with the competition", but it was still challenging. :)

Another time, I took a maxed-out Dodge Ram to the 4 hours of Nurburgring; after about ten laps or so, I had about a 1/2 lap lead when I ran out of fuel due to forgetting that I was short-fueling and trying to get another lap out of my tires. I had to circle most of the track at 50 km/h until I could refuel, and found myself over a lap down to the leader. Catching up and winning that race wasn't easy, but it was fun.
