Also why don't people use cubic inch any more, I mean my truck will always be a 262 not a 4.3. Just another question.
Because the metric system is a **** load more logical, when ppl say a 427 i just get confused, but when they say a 6997cc i know exactly how big that is... ****in huge... also it makes more sense cos 1000cc is a litre. So i think of how many bottles of coke make up the equivelent size of the cylinders. Like a 6L V10 would be ten bottles of coke where as a 2.4 4 cyl would be 4 bottles.

that would depend on the size of the bottle of coke(20 oz/1 liter/2liter).....

I myself am tryin to learn engine code names for cars. Example: 1986 Trueno = AE86 ... RX7 = FD3S (new) and FC3S (old). I'm not sure if i'm right about the RX-7 ones, but I try. Anyone know where I can find a complete list of every car's code name? If so, please list, greatly appreciated. :)

Thanks for the correction (Chassis, not code lol). But anyway, is there anyway I can remember the chassis names easier, cause it's gonna be a bit difficult to remember some of them. And how do they get their names? Do the manufacturers just randomly pick a few letters and numbers out of a hat? (just being sarcastic)
