Enormous hard drive problem...PS4

I just discovered this morning that my PS4 refuses to load any game save data anymore. I have only had the machine for about 3 weeks, and already i have a hard drive failure! What is happening is every game i play loads up to the point that it is loading the save data, then fails in some way. (i.e. terraria crashes, the crew never even tries, and trial fusion gets stuck in the sign in process. Does anyone know a fix? Because this is terrible!
 
It's a long shot but some of the issues could be caused by the PSN outage. For example The Crew is online only based game so if you can't sign in that would be the reason you cannot access your save nor play the game.
