OK its in Japanese but you can download a small program to translate it. It will come up in a popup box when you enter.
 
Yeh, oosacker knows japanese i think, so he'd be a good translator :)

were u using a gs or something like that when it popped up? or are you using just the regular console? (wondering if mine does that) i don't have the gs or gp yet....

k, i'm gonna get off here and go mess with it, i'll let you know what i find
 
i messed with it for a lil while, i checked some of the records from licenses, and diff track records......i think that it's just the address of the record location on the memory card, i could be wrong, probably am too, i guess if you had gs or gt you may be able to do something......i tried...:banghead:
 
Nah, i think some of the guys who have tried have a gameshark...
 
Maybe it was intended for entering on a site to record your records on the Time Trials and the Licenses...
