when i start GT 2 and go sell car shows this error
Opcode 2d UNK (PC 000879c4) (4710,311)

Where is this error shown? Is it on the middle of the screen?

I have never heard of this happening before. It could be the ePSXe setting.

I usually have this error when I activate cheat code. try this:

- disable all cheat code
- do memory card save from GT2 menu
- reload the game from memory card save and make sure all the cheat code is off
- try to sell a car again

does anyone else have a problem with the game stuttering every now and then using a cd with epsxe?

still playable but just irritating.

just a shame theres nothing we can do to boost the draw distance a bit.

32xAA and 16xAF doesn't help much when things only pop out 10ft in front of you.

Did you try other cd plugin too?

can you post some picture of your screen?

Yes, mine stutters all the time. For instance, whenever you finish a race or when you first start a race, the music skips for a few seconds until the game starts. The menu music also skips whenever you click on icons, etc. I wonder if there's a way to copy an image of the cd to your hard drive and run it that way? I bet that would solve the lag issue with running a cd-rom.

I only know commercial application that can backup GT2 disc. alcohol and virtual drive pro.

Ahh yes, forgot about Alcohol. I'll have to give that a try later. It'll be great to play some GT2 while I'm in class :D
