Error 268 keeps happening!! (does this happen to you)??

Hey guys error 268 just keeps on happening to me on gt5 when i go to play online. And i haven't been able to play online for ages. so if anyone is having the same problem or can help me solve the problem plz help thx.

Are you hardwired to your modem? Have you synchronized your clock and trophies? Have you cleared your cache in the game?

No I'm not hardwired and I'm not sure how to synchronise clocks and trophies which i haven't done and haven't cleared cache which i also don't know how to do can you tell me how to do it all so it might fix my online??

Hardwire for best results. Sync the clock under Date and Time in the PS3 settings. Synce the trophies by placing your cursor over the trophies icon and pressing triangle.

Aftee you start the game and enter GTLife, go into your settings for the game. At the bottom will be Network Options, where you can clear your cache. This may take awhile if you've never done it.

Do a ps3 system update (even if you're up to date). This error isn't a GT5 issue, its a PSN issue. I've had it once and a quick system update fixed it right away.
