I'm on the PS4. Everything was fine late last night. Today the game won't even try to load and i'm getting error code CE-32930-7. I didn't find any info on GTPlanet for this code. Google tells me the data is corrupt, and I should delete the game and reinstall it. It also says I should go to 'application saved data management-saved data in system storage' and upload to system storage. If that doesn't fix it I'm supposed to rebuild the database.

All of this seems 'beyond my pay grade'. I'm 71 and as the years go by have lost a lot of my tech ability.

So I'm asking for help. Is this the only way? And it's confusing to me, that I did not find that error code on GTPlanet.

Help!:nervous:

@jrbabbitt thanks. I've looked at that more than a few times, but I doubt my ability to do what it says. I have not been able to log onto my router because the code has arrow characters which keeps me locked out. The tricks I've found online to do arrows do not work.

I should have mentioned that googling that error code says it's corrupt data.

I tried to play GT Sport tonight. I got an error message that says this data is also corrupt. Do you have any idea what's happened?

I have a brand new PS4. If I activate that and install GT7 do you think the data would still be corrupt? Since GT Sport is also corrupt it makes me think its a console problem (or maybe my internet provider?)

Feel free to DM me if you want help on that front.

This probably isn't the issue though. Try booting the console in Safe Mode and rebuilding the database first:
