Error..??

Hi everyone.. I'm kinda new here & I'd already having problems trying to download videos from this site... It just keep showing errors on the page & tell me to log out & clear my cookies.. I tried that b4 several times but to no success.. Pls help me.. I really wanted to see those videos.. :indiff:

Log out of the site, and then log back in with the form in the yellow rectangle -- but this time BE SURE that you check the box that says "Remember Me". Now try to download the videos again. Other people have reported this problem, and checking the box usually fixed it for them.
 
Just thought I'd confirm what Jordan said. I didn't use "remember me" on my school computer, and not only could I not download anything, I also had to log in every sub-forum I went to.

If you are using a public computer, or are sharing it with other, just use remember me until you are finished on GTP, and then log out, log back in, but this time don't check "Remember Me?". There's possibly an easier way, but I can't think of one at the moment.
 
It happens because if you check the "Remember Me?" box, a cookie that stores your username and password is saved on your computer. If you don't check that box, then, obviously, that cookie is not saved. Then, when you go to download a file, our download manager checks to see if you have that cookie (and verifies that it is valid). If you don't, then it's impossible for it to tell if you are a registered user, and you get the error.
