This car just up to 310km/h, then speed increase very slow. I set transmission to the top speed, but still not work. Anyone know why?

The engine do not have enough power to rev up
Please try to set top speed to about 360km/h, then increase a little bit (say 20-30) and have another trail run.

Eventually, you can find the real top speed.

This car have 1030hp, 800Kg only. Why..

If you mean why cant it achieve a higher top speed? It wasn't really intended for that purpose. If you look closely at the shape it was designed for grip and acceleration. Observe the height of the rear wing. Its not exactly streamlined.

My guess would be that as stated above, this car was purely designed as a hill climb weapon for pikes peak, not for top end speed, but raw hill climbing power and acceleration.

mind you it could also be because PD didn't want people going down the straight at lemans at the speed of sound... (wheelie glitch GT3 FTW)

To be fair, in the previous games you didnt need the wheelie glitch to make this fast, it was an absolute monster in straight line top speed, could pull 240mph+ without any setup.

However the previous games were not likely realistic, and the perhaps the car is more realistic in GT5. Formula 1 cars have a limited top speed due to the ammount of drag they produce, that Escudo is no different, the wing at the back is a monstrosity, the ammount of drag it would add would be massive.

the susiki escudo, is not meant or top speed runs, it is a drt trial car, but if you tune it right, you could easily get it to 350km p/h
