escudo trick?

does anyone know the escudo trick for the superspeedway endurance race? it's something with rubber bands i think

I heard about rubber banding before too, but i didnt know what they where talking about.

That trick is setting your options to make the right analog stick the accelerator when you press it left. The rubberband pulls the left analog stick to the right and the right stick left. That makes the car turn right, and continually be on the gas. It works, but when I tried it, I got a nasty drag and bump on the wall causing all sorts of trouble. I think the left analog stick needs to be a little looser so it don't turn so hard to the right. I just haven't went back and tried it. There are no cars there that I want anyway....
