Hey guys. I need help with this please, my OCD is killing me.
In Special Route X, I cant get first place. I have the car, I have the setup but the best I can do is draft behind 1st and when I pull to the side to make the pass it seems there is no speed left in the world.

If anyone could recommend a car and setup to win this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Buy the high-RPM turbo, the fully-customisable computer, Sports Soft tyres (required), and the fully customisable manual transmission (the racing one may also work but I used the semi-racing one). The car should be 717.XX PP.

Only thing to change on the tuning sheet is to move the top speed part of the transmission five clicks to the right from 400km/h to 450km/h.

You should be in front by the time you reach the crest of the slope on the first straight, after that just don't let the lead RX-7 slipstream you.

I can't remember what I used for it. I think it was the STi Gr B Road Car with the CTR-3 swap. It was still tough, but slipstream is your friend (and blocking ;))
