Found this idea on another forum, and searched here with nothing found. Have you ever had something happen to you, or in the building with you that you can't explain?

I remember as a kid, sleeping over at my cousin's house. His room was in the basement, and his parents slept up stairs. One night, we were awake talking and heard noises from upstairs, like if someone was walking around. We crept up the stairs, and the noises stopped. We didn't see any lights on or doors shutting as if someone was walking around, nor did his parents claim to be up at all during the night.

I have had many things happen that I, under the AUP, cannot explain.

I was really looking forward to reading through the stories in this thread, I hope more people can reply...

One weird ass night about 2 years ago, I felt kinda sick, so I woke up at around 3AM to get a glass of water. For some reason the kitchen light was on. Serious 'wtf' moment right there. Then in the morning, I woke up to find all the clocks on weird times. Probably something to do with the power or something, I dunno.

when i was about 7 or 8 i would wake up in the night and things in my room would pulsate and expand...i wasnt scared by it, for some reason it annoyed me however. one time i woke people up cos i was shouting at the door handle to 'STOP IT!'

 :scared:

ohhh i remember one time on the computer, was browsing the internet, and the computer just shuts down. It really creeped me out. The power didn't short either.

Okay, here's one. When I would get sick as a kid, sometimes I would just lay there in bed. I would look up at the popcorned ceiling and then I got this feeling that's like the whole room was getting crinkled up like a jolly rancher wrapper. It felt like I was dropped into a pool of jacks or something. It's the strangest feeling... pretty scary. I think it has something to do with a fever. Maybe I was on the verge of fainting or something.

I used to have similar sensations when I was a kid and was trying to fall asleep with a fever, except for me, usually it felt like the room was going to crush me. Never felt like this besides when I was sick as a kid.

I seem to get a feeling of deja vu quite often. It always seems to catch me off guard and cause me to go into a short state of daydreaming until I get refocused on what I was doing.

I've seen something that my friend described as the chupacabras. I don't think it was that butjust some wierd lizard i've never seen before.

when i was in 5th grade, i farted real loud when taking a test but nobody noticed. I was scared to be laughed at:ouch:. It was a huge "wtf!" momment.
But back then in 5th grade i was like wth (heck) due to the "no truck driver language" rule

Ha, I evacuated a classroom once after having walmart taquitos for breakfast. Teacher was the first one to run outside. Smelled the next day.

I've had that before wih my laptop, but it's an automatic safety feature that kicks in if the temperature gets too high, usually because the desk in my room is made of plywood that acts as a very good insulator. A cooling pad takes care of it.

While in the night, I would hear someone or thing knock on my window.

We had this happen in our old house, when I looked out the window absolutely nothing was there.:odd:

I get de ja vu sometimes as well, its pretty damn weird
Oh yeah, and my sisters birth. I cant explain that, she doesnt look much like either of my parents (whereas I'm like an exact clone of my dad :D) and shes a b****.

I remember when I was a kid, I dreamt that I was walking on the street, and has I look to one of the sides, there was a very dark stair (in the side of a building) and in the end of the stairs there was a witch calling for me. Some days afterward, I was actually (not dreaming), with my mom, going somewhere (don’t remember where), and has I look to one of the sides, I see that exact stair that was in my dream, and the place was exactly like my dream, and I yelled to my mom: “Mom, mom, that is the stairs that I’ve dreamed of with the Witch upstairs”; Of course there was no Witch, but the scenery was exactly the one I’ve dreamt. Strange thing is, I’d never been in that place before.

Don't Mess with the Witch man....just leave her alone.

A few days before 9/11 I dreamt that my family was driving back to our house and could see two big planes way up in the sky. We stopped to ask some kids who were playing in the street what was going on and they said that the planes were coming. When we got to our house everything turned red and both the planes went into a nose dive, one hitting a house down the street and the other heading straight for my house.

I've also woken up and not been able to move any part of my body but my eyes. That was more terrifying than any dream I could ever have since I couldn't yell for help or anything.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. For example, today I went to a high school to perform with my school's jazz band, and we were all in the audience watching another band because we had time. I had a schedule for all the performances. I was flipping through it and saw something I thought was interesting so I showed my friend next to me. I got deja vu right then, as if everything had happened exactly the same way before, even though I'd never been to that high school before. It was very weird, yet this happens to me a lot. It gets kind of annoying because after a while your just like, "for crying out loud, this has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE so why do I get the feeling it has?"

But other than that I can't really think of anything that I couldn't really explain.

I have had a deja vu where I had a dream about a conversation weeks before that actual conversation took place. According to the howstuffworks site this is called 'precognitive experiences', instead of deja vu though.
Very weird, must have felt the same like mr. Smith did at the end of the third Matrix movie :)

I also like the coincidences where you're singing a song in your head, turn on the radio and the exact same song is playing, even though it's a song that is rarely played on the radio.
