Check out post #70. He has 15 slots to use before the cap returns. And your right, most will not get a car, but a few will, depends on the OP.

I have alot of accounts and 3 ps3s with 10+ accounts on all of them

3 PS3 with 10 accounts on each = 3 gift cars limit per day. This 1.07 restriction has NOT been lifted.

So 4 days left before March 3rd = 12 cars

I have 4 accounts on my PS3 and I can only send 1 car per day total between them. There is no way around this.

As to why you have 3 PS3 consoles?!
