Newer users are covered by a set of filters designed to prevent intelligent spam. You have 1 post to your name and are thus new enough to be covered by these filters.
Without wishing to reveal too much, something you're editing in your post is clearly upsetting the filters and your post is being bounced out into the approval queue. It'll sit in the approval queue until a member of staff becomes aware of it (there's a big red bar at the top of our screens that says:
*** New Items in the Moderation Queue ***
so it usually won't take too long), scans it for spam-like content and approves it for view.
However, I wouldn't get too attached. You already have an account on GTPlanet and we only permit one account per person (and one person per account). So have a think about which you want to keep.
