Well it's that time of year again....

Had my AS Spanish Speaking test this afternoon and it went quite well. Though the thought of sitting C1 and C2 in 3 weeks is giving me nightmares.

And to top it all, I have exams everyday form the 5-8 of June :irked:

How's everyone else doing?
 
I have final exams beginning Friday.

Friday: Physics (Electricity and Magnetism)
Saturday: Calculus III
Monday: Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (Statics) and Systems Engineering & Economics
Friday: Engineering Risk & Uncertainly
 
I've got A-Level General Studies exams in June

I failed my AS C1 & C2 exams last year >_<

The rest is ICT coursework and on a DD already for that without the last two units
 
I don't have exams for 3-4 weeks but they will go like this:

Gym and Drafting 3 one day (nothing to worry about here, im working on my final exam for drafting right now, i have to draw a whole school on paper, then do it on autocad, no problem)

Biology and Algebra 2 the next day (Biology is no problem because i don't have to take the test because i have 106.9%. Math is the only thing i have to worry about. I am a pretty smart person, but some things still confuse me a bit)

thats all have to do, im only a sophomore.
 
I've got an exam in software project management Saturday, but thats it.

I just presented my masters project a few hours ago, and I have to present my senior project Friday.

And I have a optimal control theory paper due next Monday.
 
I had an exam today too
It was in research methods. two hours of non stop writing considering ethics and types of research. variables, quantitative and qualititative, mean, methods and modes, and considerations. on and on for two hours!!

nothing now til next week thankfully, but i have images of crime- 2 hours and then social policy, another 2 hours. Yawn! But then uni is done and its freedom for the summer!!!
 
My exams (for school, high school) start on the 15th of May (10+ subjects included, Maths, Physics, History etc. etc.), and between 12th and 30th of May I have my English exams, the F.C.E and the E.C.C.E (Cambridge and Michigan University). I don't worry about the school exams, which I have already passed (I want to pass them with a good mark though),but I'm anxious about the English ones, especially for the listening test... :nervous:
 
My exams aren't too bad this year. I don't know what A2 will be like, but I'm feeling pretty confident at the moment. I have 7 exams in two days some time in May, but apart from that they're pretty spread out. 2 of those seven exams are General Studies (aka 'Pub Quiz' :dunce:), two are English and two are Computing. Easy. The only exams I'm actually worried about are Maths C2 and Physics Unit 2. Should be fine though. :)

Nope, did it in January, along with Physics Unit 1 which went...well. I was expecting a B at least and hoping for an A, so a high C came as a disappointment. I'm retaking it next January along with Unit 3.

C1 on the other hand, I was expecting a B/C and got a solid A on it, which came as a suprise to everyone. At parents evening last December I had our head of Maths tell me that since the school have been teaching the current curriculum, only 12 or students or so who were performing at my level went on to get an A at A2 level. He predicted me a C/D for C1. :grumpy: I'm now on a mini-mission of sorts to prove him wrong - I'm actually quite thankful he said what he did because it came as a huge wake-up call and actually gave me some motivation to do well. :)
 
I'm at university and I have just figured out I have 10 deadlines over the next 4 weeks....... that is INSANE! :sick:
 
I wish my college did modular exams like my comprehensive did. Yes, it means more exams but it really allows you to focus better and be tested when it's fresh in your memory.
 
I've got my G.C.S.E's starting at the end of may.

Got all the core subjects, Maths (x2), Statistics, English, Science (x2), I.C.T, Philosophy & Ethnics. And then my choosen ones, Spanish (orals, Reading, Writing, Listening) Act: Creative Textiles, and Perfroming Arts.

Although saying that i have already done my Textiles, and Performing Arts last week. Got a B in Performing Arts, which im happy with. And Textiles i don't know yet, my Mod is marking it tomorrow. I have a picture of my piece if anyone is intrested in seeing it.

I have my Spanish oral, on Wednesday, so i will inform you of how i get on!
 
Exige, you have all your exams in one go? That's nuts! Even though I only did two exams in January, it's nice to have them out of the way. Having to revise for C1 and C2 at the same time sounds like hell. :indiff:
 
Just my AP Euro, I'm exempt from the rest though, unless my mom forces me to take them (Punishment) and I should be out before my birthday (May 31). Otherwise, I'm stuck studying that Sunday.
 
Next week is going to be pretty fun for me. On monday I have an AP French test. Wednesday will be Calculus. Of Friday comes AP Euro. I can't wait for that week to be over.:indiff:
 
Wow I've been done with my exams for a week. Guess Oakland must just do their's early.
 
Today: Fifteen-page Literature Review due for Sociology

Tomorrow: 11 AM to 1 PM exam in 'Bible as Story,' eight-paragraph essay on the story of peoplehood as depicted in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Thursday: 8 AM to 10 AM, Sociology Exam reviewing an un-named movie from the sociological perspective (thank the lord it is open-note)

11 AM to 1 PM, Semester-long Math exam, covering nine chapters in one test. It won't be too hard... Its only a 111-level class...

Friday: 11 AM to 1 PM, final exam in Humanities, and generally should only cover what we've been talking about for the past few weeks. Basically, its the third test of the semester, not actually a 'true' exam.

Six to eight page paper on a given theme and its appearance throughout the history of American political thought, from 1760 to the present. Obviously it is part of my American Political Thought class for my major...

Revising at the same time is only half of it. I'm doing them on the same day, one right after the other!

I was lucky at Maths GCSE because we had half our exams at the end of the first year.
 
ah man, that really sucks. I have 4 exams in a row on Tuesday the 22nd, but they're not too difficult so I'm not that bothered - English and Computing are my 'easy' subjects, so to speak. Plus, I then have half term to revise for Mechanics 1 and Physics unit 2 as my last exam on the 8th of June. I'm planning on having some fun the weekend after. :dopey:
 
GCSEs are yay.

Had my French speaking test the other day, and I have a listening one coming up this month too. Only 2 weeks until I leave... and then come back again for another 2 years :lol:

You really have more than 3 on one day? I have just morning and afternoons with a study period in between.
 
Yeah, that Tuesday starts at 9am and ends at 4.35pm. :grumpy:

Still, like I said, they're 'easy' exams - Getting them out of the way lets me spend half term concentrating on Mechanics and Physics. :)
 
You're doing Mechanics and physics and you don't find mechanics easy!? You must be the only person I know like that. I had 100% in my mechanics Mock :D
 
*Digs thread back up.*

Study leave started today. :) I have a nice gentle first week - only two exams, and they're both cakewalks. My first exam is General Studies 'Scientific Domain' on Monday. I honestly have no clue what I'm supposed to revise for this one, general studies is a complete joke at my school. They make us take it, and then change our teacher on a 3 week rotation. Supposedly each teacher has a field of expertise, and while some are quite interesting, none are at all relevant. :rolleyes:

Then there's Physics Unit 3 on Wednesday, which should be a fun practical exam. Nothing too strenuous, just hanging weights off of various objects and tooling about with electricity. :sly:

Yeah it should be pretty simple. Hopefully the write up won't be too far fetched. Did a past paper on the "Hydraulic step" or something like that. :odd:
