Exhaust sounds should change when increasing power levels

Hey guys

something that has really bothered me, I have noticed a few people on this forum mention that when increase BOP levels that the exhaust note actually changes, I have done extensive testing and the only difference I can notice is the turbo spool sounding louder.

It really destroys the immersion when you can increase the power of the R34 to 900hp with the stock sounding exhaust note.

Is Kaz aware of this? I gather this is not a priority to him but its defiantly an odd oversight considering Kaz is all about attention to detail.

They should at least have different stages of modifications added to the vehicle when you increase its BOP level. Stage 1 would obviously be stock, stage 2 would add a sports exhaust and intake with increased boost and stage 3 would be bigger turbos, ecu tuning, injectors.

I understand the focus of gt sport is the online racing aspect but why bother having BOP levels when its clearly feels like an afterthought?

Don't mean to rant but its missed opportunities that always have bothered me in GT titles. So much damn potential for GT to truly evolve into greatness. I just hope Kaz realizes this one day.

I would want aftermarket exhausts like all previous GTs but in the case of the R34 the sound becomes louder but with the same tone! Do you use headphones? Cause i can clearly hear the difference!

I am using a home theater system, I do have some sony gold headphones I could try though.
