Export GT4 replays to PC

I wonder if it's possible to export the replays to PC and if it works how does it work?

Nope.

You can export them, if you have the correct hardware, but all you're left with is a small file that nothing (outside of GT4 itself) can understand.

If you wish to view a replay on a PC, the only way it can be done is to use some kind of video capture device to record a video of the replay.
