As a guess, this is shot through some angles bit of glass near the Ferris wheel, as the car is not mirrored in the photo, so the shot is pointing at the track. When I was searching the images, there was also this one by the same photographer, in which neither the track nor car is mirrored. I'm guessing one of these is a view through the glass, and the other is a reflection of a reflectionAs an aside: I still cannot work out how this photo was taken, it has fried my brain.
That's the part I was struggling with. I knew the car was on the ground and the clouds were in the air, but how would you be able to see both reflected if you were inside or outside a building? Either way, it's someone with a LOT more artistic flair than I have so it's just a genius set of photos
