Whenever Sureshot posts it. In the interests of keeping the game moving quickly, whoever won the round before last - I can't remember who it was - picks the next picture. Bee will pick the picture for the round after next.
 
I'm going to try and keep this competition in rhythm with the F1 season, I think the next GP is the last weekend of April.

I have got the picture for the 4th round from Bee for his win in Round 2.
