F1 championship in Aspec or Bspec?

How many here have tried in Aspec or Bspec? I have tried it in Bspec, but the driver sux on the speed rings, I end up in last place on those tracks. I am gonna start doin this in Aspec, take forever, but oh well

I A-Specced and won every race, without qualifying. I was expecting more of a challenge, but they weren't too easy. Still very enjoyable though.

Do a combination of both. When I actually cared about GT4 (got to 60% in about two weeks) I Aspec'd the super speedway, nurb, and sarthe. Everything else was done in Bspec.

I B-Speced everything, the trick on the Speedways is to take half a tank of gas. That'll take like 3-5 seconds off your pit and make that much time up on the oppenent.

I'm doing right know.......all in B-spect....the speed ones i lose for 1 or 2 places....but who cares......!!!!!

A-Spec all the way. Reminded me of playing the old F1 arcade game in the mall when racing it, but it was still cool. Me and my white n purple monster owned all! lol

I had those Black and yellow F1 and it's look bad ass bee and umm Frist i didn't believe that i will win that Race, and also it's sooo LONG race too! so i let B-spec it whole game... But next month i feel like i'm ready for challege in Formula one chamption so i race it, i won WHOLE 15 tracks by 1 or more over lap.... it's not that hard than i thought...... so A-SPEC all the way!

I B-Spec'd with my NEW f1's, then went back and A-spec'd.... Came in first every race but the speed ring while A-spec'ing, with the all orange, the yellow/green and the yellow/black. B-Spec Bob didn't do as well as I did, but still came in first over-all.... six times I've won first place.

I am thinking about doing this sometime in the future, but dunno if I will A spec at 1-2 races a day or B spec few more races/day yet. I am leaning toward B-Spec though.

What I did was, I first started the race with A-spec and built enough lead gap between 2nd where I think the race lost its intensity, then i swithed over to B-spec.(x3) Fasten the current race process so I can go into next one.

How did people find the Nurburgring event?

I lost this in the championship, and tried it a few times as a single race... it was very hard using Bob, until I pitted him out of sequence and gave him a free track to run at high speed without him having to battle the other cars and be slowed down.... eventually he get in front and stayed there.

Bob would also sometimes just lose it on the long straight and hit the barriers.

I had trouble beating that race too. The F1 just seems not like to stay on the Ring. And I am not a good tuner. I can't mess around with all the shocks, suspension all those stuffs, I always end up make the car worse. But I was able to find my way to beat this race. Remember AI pits every 2 laps, but I can't do that, my tires would probably melt and you probably find my F1 in the sand or somewhere. So what I did was, I started off with A-spec and gain some lead by the end of the first lap.(I think gain about 5-6secs in the first lap should not be that hard), then I pitted and let Bob drives it. Because Bob can pit every 2laps just like those AI cars (amazing). So when Bob came out from the pit stop, those AI cars were are ahead of him. This way bob didn't have to following a pack of F1s, he more likely drives better and faster. (I found out he tends to cruise when he is behind.) If everything goes well, the 1st place will be keep changing between you and one of the AI. But eventually you will bring that trophy home. (Both you and AI cars will pit 11times, but with my way, bob will come out 1st after AI's last pit stops.)

I'm currently B-speccing...

1st 4 races down and I've won all 4 of them.

The trick with the Super Speedway is to extend out the stint by an extra lap... the extra lap is about .2-.4 seconds slower than normal and it means that you have to pit one time less than the AI... and therefore you gain 30 seconds... I won that race by more than a lap.

I've got some notes taken down and might do a write up about B-Speccing the F1 championship to help others.

I used b-spec for all of them, well i say all, i only ended up doing 9 of the 15 because i had such a lead that i could just skip the last ones and come back to them at a later date..Quite lucky really...
