If this is in the wrong place I apologise, I have searched and not seen any relevant results.
Please only comment if you regularly race the above cars.
Does anyone have a record of their best lap times in a F2010/07 for any of the following tracks.
Fuji
Sarth
Grand Valley Speedway (full)
Tokyo R246
Laguna seca
Deep Forest Raceway
Indy Road Course
Trial Mountain
Cape Ring
Cote D Azure
Nurburgring GPF
Suzuka
Monza
Nurburgring Nordschleife

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info.
I can compare that to the 1.00.xxx for the FGT, if you run any more let me know how you get on. Is that online or off?

It's offline

I'm not sure how useful a random sampling of lap times from random people would be for comparison's sake. A good player might run Circuit X in the Ferrari F2007 and get a lap time of 1:13.758 and a bad player might run Circuit X in the F10 and get a lap of 1:34.033, and comparing these two times would be useless because of the skill differences between the players. We'd have no real way of knowing how much of the lap time differences would be from the cars themselves and how much from the players that posted them.

More useful would be having times for both cars on the same course from the same player.

Thanks for your input but I actually wanted to know other peoples times. I have run a lot of these tracks myself and can tell if the lap time is good or not, I wouldnt tell anyone that their lap time sucked if it was poor, I would just discount it.

Hey, don't have any of them but sarthe, 2:50. However,

Suzuka - 1:31.387
Nurburgring - 1:30.500
Monaco - 1:15.023
Monza - 1:23.400
R246 - 1:13.886

All laps were completed with the f2007 with traction control
on 5 ASM on and ABS on 2

Here are some other times on tracks That I run frequently:
Monaco: 1:11.305
Deep forest: :52.150
Tsukuba: :40.067
GP/F: 1:29.545
All were done offline with a ds3 and no aids except abs:1 oh and I used the f2010

I don't have the times one me at the moment but from my experience, the F'10 actually takes laps faster than the F2007 with abs: 1 only.

Whenever I play GT5 next, I will be sure to right down my lap times with both cars to share.

Thanks to all of you, ill post my comparisons in the FGT in case your interested but they will all be online times. Cheers for the information :)

I've only done a few laps in the car tuning but do recall doing a 1:30.1 at GP/F and nailing it pretty good right after the Grand Prix so Savage's 1:29.5 seems right in line. My time was online though, if that makes a difference, with a DFGT.

Thanks, yes it does make a difference, your grip levels are lower online so your time is a good one.

Hey guys, just posted a 1:29.534 around GP/F, and an 1:11.250 around Indy in the f1 seasonal. Traction control 2, abs 2 in the f2007

The lap on GP/F was kind of sloppy so Im pretty sure that I could knock a second off that with some effort and gearbox tuning. Online does have less grip but a wheel makes up most of the difference. Wish I had one:(

Would that it were so. Less grip is less grip no matter your steering device of choice. I think the game is programmed to be less forgiving actually for a DS3, if replays of people I race against are any indication. They do things with their DS3 with sharpness of turns and quick recoveries that I could never do with a wheel.

I didn't put much tuning time into the F1 car however, so I have no idea what the car can do. I tuned it so it had a bit of safe oversteer and that was about it. A lap in the 1:28's is certainly a possibility online....offline I have no idea...don't do the offline thing anymore even when I'm running around alone.
