Fake carlist could be real

Someone already speculated the fake brazillian list might be real. I checked it out some more and found this:
Nissan Skyline GT-R Nur Edition

The thing is how could this be in when the whole 24h Skyline pics and video only appeared a couple of months ago? That Brazillian list is so old.

It would be cool cause there's so many cool unconfirmed cars in that list.
 
Well the fact that everybody said that was fake was because it had like 800 cars, but KY just said over 650 cars in the game, so thats the ponit, theres lots of cars dudes, but hey I will cry if I see Ferrari Lambo and Porsche, that will be the best Christmas gift ever ............
 
What's really amazing, is the list you refer to originated here at GTP. It was a compilation of "wishlist" cars that a slew of people had posted. One person took it on themselves to put the entire wish list in one long list.

It was soon taken as fact and swirled around the world amazingly fast.

And here it is again. Shall the Speculation ever end?

I'm not absolutely sure, but I believe the final r34 created for the road was the the Nur edition Skyline GTR. So the car you are thinking of may not be the nurburgring 24hr racing car.

A Nur edition of some sort was even in Prologue.
 
The GT-R Nur is a street car. The Falken racing version is merely a racing version of that car. So the "Wishlist" didn't predict the future.

The359's list is as real as to a true car list as youre gonna get since he looked at pics at info for the cars. He didn't just take one list and put it together by memory.
He worked and still is working his butt off to help us.

BTW, every list you see on a fan page is going to be fake. Mag sites are most likely fake as well. 👎
 
So you want taxis and police cars in GT4? Care to win the Nurburgring Nords in a Lincoln Town Car limosine? It's one of the advantages of an underground-type deal like here on GTPlanet. We're getting the information first before anyone else is at the magazine places. Most of the sources we're getting this into from is pretty credible. But of course, with all the hype people want to bring up, a game we look forward to playing ends up being a game we can only speculate very weird things about. Now I will admit, it would be fun to race trucks in GT4, especially a Dodge Ram SRT-10 (the Ram with the Dodge Viper engine. So you know what that means- 500 hp), had these bogus lists been true. As a "consolation" in terms of trucks, the SSR isn't bad. We may even see the Honda Odyssey, based on a Prologue picture. But first things first, the Odyssey will only be a racer unless you have that Yokohama-sponsored Honda Odyssey with the paint and other modifications.

Anyhow, you're right. The fake list could be true, but I'm going to go with Der_Alta. We should pretty much keep speculation to ourselves unless we want to come up with special discussions about our speculations. For me, no IGN, no bogus website... just go with what is officially released. Case closed. And if this thread suffers the same fate, we should just be a little more patient. I'm still considering my Christmas list which will feature either or both GT4 and the Driving Force Pro. Yes Santa, I been a good lad!
 
What people fail to spot with the fake list is that there are cars that we've seen actual GT4 screen shots of that aren't in the list. Two that I can spot straight away are the 2004 BMW (Concept) M5 and any Ginettas.

I'll be happy with what comes, every car I buy/win will do at least one lap of the Nurb...
 
As Der Alta said, the list originated in GTP; and was compiled by myself, out of smaller wishlists, personal desires and just taking into account the previous versions of GT. The list started here https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20802

As stated in the original thread, this is a wishlist... although now I WISH I hadn´t compiled it... lame joke, sorry. Either way, because some people don't like reading what you type but would much rather scroll down to the list itself, many people took it as the true one, and later found out if wasn't, hence called it "fake". The point is that's it's neither fake nor true... it's a wishlist.
 
I think in another thread (the ">500 >650 >??? cars" one) someone (can't remember who, sorry) mentioned that the so-called Brazilian Fake Car List was actually created by ... us. Something to do with a wishlist of cars created by users that's gone so far around the world that it can't go any further unless it come back. Looks like someone mistook the Wishlist for the Official Car List, organised it and posted it on the internet and now it's come back to haunt us. And on the GT-R Nur, one car (out of 778) does not confirm that the list is real. What about the other 777 on the list?

I seriously doubt it's real, the only person who is of any authority on the subject is KY and since he's only being really vague by saying "650 or so cars" he clearly wants to surprise us.
