False penalties why

So after every race now for about 20 in a row. Im getting a 1 sec penalty at the end of the race. I have made sure over and over again that im doing everything I should be. I've even ran races just to test it out. Yes I change tires stay on track hit nobody. The last race was perfect I won't and was never passed or even close. And never went off. Pitted and changed tired. Still 1 sec penalty. What is wrong with the system or what is the problem I guess. ?

This seems to be an issue with a game... but I don't know which game, so I can't move it to the appropriate forum.


Edit: If you're talking about the current Gran Turismo 7 Daily Race C, it's a one-minute penalty for not using both tyre types (Racing Hard, Racing Medium) during the race.
