In our neck of the woods, yes; they look like little concave lenses, about the size of a pill. Pure sugar, not much taste. Think of a Pixie Stick in solid form, much less messy.

In the Old World, this candy they call Smarties sound what we call M&Ms.

Afterwards, I had to look up #10. The answer is...strange.

^those Smarties aren't sold in the U.S.. Our "smarties" are those disgusting chalky things Fortunately Canada is only two hours away. I get a few boxes whenever I'm up there
