I don't have an exact answer, but you can see the weight of the UH V2/UH V1 and compare them.

Yes, by 179 grams (375 vs 554). That's only the hub without anything else.
Some of the attachable components are also lighter.

This is because the QR was integrated in the V1. Once you add the QR to the V2, the weight is very similar.
