Even today, the old appliance repairman saying about plugging in the product remains true. It's their number one finding when they show up…"device was unplugged…plugged it back in…now works according to specs…billed customer" in some surveys. And if you ever call for PC service they ask you things like is the unit plugged in? Have you pressed the power button?
A friend's garage door business does many repairs in addition to new installations. The number one reason for significant repairs is that the person backed their car right through the garage door. Does the customer need to be advised, trained, and encouraged to breathe too?
I don't know if it affects the sim racing world or not, but I keep reading about declining literacy rates. For instance only 20% of NYC schools high school graduates…can read. Can that be true?
