Fanatec Firmware Freezing on Flashing GT2 Wheel

Hello All,

I am in need of some help, I am running Windows 10 but everytime I go to update the firmware in my Fanatec GT2 Wheel, it gets to the flashing process and freezes.

That happened to me with Win7 as well. You have made the same mistake as I did. The button is supposed to flash. Hold it down longer until it does. Problem is, you #$%^#ing thumb is covering it!

BTW this from memory back in May ;-)

MMMM I Just tried that, thanks for the suggestion though. The Xbox light does have the second bit of the ring glowing green as soon as it starts 'Flashing' but it keeps freezing

Thanks for the suggestion though! I did hold it down for like minutes but it didnt change it??

Make sure that you are not plugged into a USB 3.0 port.
