😂 I don’t think he was talking about number of buttons and dials. I took it to mean getting all the functions and screen displays actually working, which seems like it’s been an issue with V3 wheel problems since launch. I thought he meant, if Fanatec still can’t get that thing sorted out then what is this one going to be like lol

Well I don't really mess with the buttons and dials except for the couple of buttons I've got programmed for DRS etc. I was more referring to it's overall functionality. My LED's are completely out of synch in any gear except neutral, if I choose an ITM display I might see it when the game first starts then it disappears so I've just abandoned that. In Assetto Corsa if I pause the game the wheel displays continue to run like you're still driving. The V2.5 or Universal Hub don't do that.

Then there's the overall problems with the app, some presets show 6.0nm and others show the full 8.0nm, one preset always reverts back to default on each startup, if I make a slight change to other presets the app does not keep the changes and it goes back to where they were. I can't figure out the assigning a game to a preset thing so that maybe I can keep the settings assigned to a preset. You ask for help in their forums and you get no response at all. They have this stupid AI interface in the regular support that I eventually gave up on.

It's just very frustrating being a Fanatec customer right now. The more new things they do and bring seems to also bring more and more problems. It's almost enough to make you want to switch to another brand.

I figured.
Forget about using Fanatec forums. Use the Fanatec subreddit. They have a couple employees in there who do engage a bit. That said, they generally just say to open a ticket and provide a link rather than giving specific steps for solving a person’s specific problems. But it’s better than the zero communication in their own forums.
