Hey all,
I have a GT2+CSP+Shifter set on the way (soon hopefully!) from Fanatec, and I was wondering:
Does anyone here have a GT2 from the first run? If so, what kinds of settings are you running for what games?

What games do you play? You may go check out InsideSimRacing for settings, a lot of users post settings in their forum and they also post their own settings for various games.

Im waiting as well. Has yours shipped yet? mine has not. Hope its soon.

got mine today but not very happy with it.
The ffb with xbox 360 is terrible.
games like dirt3 and shift2 is unplayable as car slides around.
maybe ffb settings not right.

The longer I wait, the more worried I get as a Canada postal strike looms. Last strike lasted 2 weeks and caused a huge backlog of mail. Of course all this when the GT2 is due.

For Xbox 360 the only games I've really tried with the wheel are Forza 3 and PGR 4.

Forza 3 fully supports 900 degrees, 6-speed shifter, and clutch. I run force feedback strength around 60-70 percent. ABS vibration will require trial and error until you find the point where you tend to lock up. I leave drift mode off. Forza 3 also works great without any deadzone.

PGR4 seems happiest with around 200-270 degrees of steering, same force feedback strength as before.

GT5 supports 900 degrees and seems happier with lower force feedback strength. Currently running it around 40. Depending on how stable a car feels at speed, I'll set deadzone at either 0 or 10.
