I bought a GT2 Setup a few weeks back and I just received the RF Dongle to connect wirelessly to my PS3, I didnt find any instructions on how to pair it. What is the process, could not find anything on fanatec site.

Did you order the dongle? I don't see it on the website. It would be nice to get rid of the USB cable.

It was on the website but when I was trying to connect it, I went looking on the Fanatec website and could not find it for the love of god. I guess they either ran out or discontinued it. I guess I bought it just in time, I paired it and been using it since last night. No extra wires in the way and the porsche key like appearance is great!

Based on my unscientific comparison, my Turbo S wheel seemed to perform perfectly using the wireless dongle, even while also using other USB devices with the PS3. My GT2 would sometimes drop the signal in the same situations. My GT2 does work perfectly if only the wireless dongle and other USB devices were disconnected from the PS3. Perhaps the Turbo S used a batter transceiver? There may be other factors as these wheels were not compared at the same time.

I am going to keep using it and let you guys know if dongle starts to act up in the next coming weeks.

Any update on the performance with the GT2 and dongle? Looks like they are NOT in stock (typical of Fanatec) but available again for pre-order on the US store.

TIA

I cant complain, works beautifully, hasn't stopped working once. Only issue (not a problem) is that I have to disconnect the dongle to use the controller because it's recognized as second even if the GT2 is powered off.
