because I think the original one is like almost one kilo, so that's quite insane.
How is the weight of the wheel an issue ? I don't get it.

I do not know, did not try…but was told it is an issue. Seriously have no idea. Never saw this wheel live

I have that GT3 Endurance wheel. It's heavy enough it dampens forces I.E, you lose detail from the base. I always have to raise the in-game FFB when I use it. On a DD+ it won't matter since it has enough power, but if someone bought that wheel to use on a DD Pro with 6nm linear/8nm peak forces vs the 15nm holding torque of a DD+, they would be underwhelmed with the resulting FFB. It's about as heavy as a wheel can get given it's a mish-mash of already bulky parts from Fanatec.

He guys, wanted to get back to this discussion. I am experimenting with two settings for DD+ and the new Podium Endurance wheel. Obviously it is now 18 NM.

I can drive in both, but wanted to ask those with deeper understanding of the set up, what is the difference in philosophy? Will setting 5 be better for sharp, raw 1 lap performance and setting 1 more smooth and stable for a race trim?
