Yes.

The pedals need to be plugged into the wheel. Then two buttons need to be pressed together on the wheel (off the top of my head I can't remember which) to put it into Playstation mode.

It should be the wheel settings button and select.

You need to hold down two lower black buttons for 1-2 seconds according to video manual.

Okay, how do you connect the pedals to the clubsport wheel base. The connection is for a rj11, there is no cable provided, just the ps/2 to ps/2 & the usb cables. What am I missing?

Base should come with two cable adapters which has rj11 on the one end and ps/2 on the other.
