Check back a few pages for the same design. I did it a while back. You need more than one rod on each wheel otherwise it does what yours did. Also, mine managed to complete the level.

Yeah, I got mine to work by taking out the middle rods and letting the ends flail wildly everywhere.

Can anyone tell me why it takes so long for Victory! to show up? It sure looks to me like both balls are in the goal long before... Never mind. They both need to be in the goal at the same time. Fortunately my contraption fails just enough to do it.

Using a triangle a climb the hump. It takes for ever and has about 7 goes before it makes it, but it gets there eventually.
